You will have the opportunity to rotate between our cutting-edge Rehabilitation Center and our dynamic Ambulatory Equine Medicine service, benefiting from the guidance and mentorship of our expert team.

Training and Development

Our detailed onboarding includes online training, one-on-one coaching with our senior clinicians, and skill evaluations to ensure you get the most out of your time with us. You will gain experience in a variety of areas, including:

Advanced diagnostics (radiography, ultrasound, etc.)

Rotational Responsibilities

Rehabilitation Rotation: Work directly with horses under veterinary supervisions. You will also participate in daily staff meetings and morning rounds to assess in-house boarding cases and assist with therapies.

Equine Medicine Rotation: Shadow a rotating veterinarian to refine your skills in lameness exams, diagnostic imaging, injections, and general medicine cases. You will also practice documenting appointments and communicating with clients, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
